We are looking for a Team Lead HR Data & Analytics (m/f/d) who will help develop our HR team both professionally and personally. Aufgaben

  • You will be responsible for expanding strategic HR data management and building the HR data ecosystem in the cloud
  • You will develop a strategy to evolve the department from traditional HR controlling to a solution provider in the field of (predictive) analytics
  • This includes establishing corporate HR reporting in MicroStrategy based on high-performance data models
  • You will lead projects in current and future strategic focus areas, such as the further development of global workforce planning
  • As a key interface, you will work closely with HR IT as well as Corporate Finance & Controlling
  • As a leader, you will be responsible for performance evaluation, development and coaching of your team members

Profil

  • You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or Information Technology
  • You bring several years of professional experience in HR Analytics and/or HR Controlling, along with initial leadership experience
  • You possess strong analytical thinkingskills and a structured, pragmatic approach to work within a matrix organization
  • Ideally, you have hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, MicroStrategy and cloud-based solutions such as Snowflake
  • You demonstrate a high level of communication skills, initiative and strong team spirit.
  • You are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken

In cases of minor deviations, the requirements can also be met through relevant professional experience or further qualifications
