Are you ready to take the next step and help shape an international project from the ground up? Become part of our team in India and take on the role of Transformation Manager m/f/d in the further development of our location. You will have the opportunity to help shape our international success in the long term, provide impetus and actively take on responsibility. You will work in a highly dynamic, intercultural environment that requires regular exchange with international teams, local managers and external partners.

• You plan, manage and coordinate projects that realize our corporate goals and strengthen our market position
• You plan, control and optimize work, production and quality processes with full focus on the customer expectations of a very sensitive international market
• You analyze key figures, identify potential and initialize measures
• You carry out and evaluate calculations, make profitability calculations and prepare offers in cooperation with the interfaces
• You will also coordinate and advise interfaces - in particular the local management team - to ensure smooth communication and cooperation
• Finally, you will identify optimization potential and support the development of solution strategies

• You have a degree in machine building, electromechanics or a comparable field of study
• You have several years of experience in project management, ideally in an international production engineering environment
• You have excellent organizational and leadership skills
• You have solid production management experience based on technical understanding, as well as lean manufacturing and automotive QM standards
• You communicate in very good German and English and ideally Hindi
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as an inclusive, innovative, collaborative mindset
• Intercultural competence and business experience in the Indian market as well as the willingness for a longer-term stay (at least 24 months) in India round off your profile
