We are looking for a responsible contact person m/f/d for our business units who will act as part of the program management within the S/4 HANA transformation and contribute to the success of the digital transformation process of the Phoenix Contact Group.

Job description:

  • You are the responsible contact person m/f/d for the business units for all technical topics in the area of Operations / Production & Value Chain as part of the S/4 HANA transformation within the program management
  • Your main tasks include the harmonization and optimization of processes in the area
  • This also includes the overall management of all relevant activities within the program in the aforementioned area as part of the S/4 HANA transformation
  • In particular, you will be responsible for the integrative management of business and technical sub-projects related to Operations / Production & Value Chain on a content and organizational basis
  • You will also be responsible for prioritizing content and independently ensuring efficient implementation
  • Joint and cross-team responsibility for content, budget and scheduling within the program management as well as reporting to the steering committee is also part of your tasks
  • Responsibility and communication of the developed content from the overall project including the sub-projects in key committees round off your area of responsibility

Requirements:

  • You have a degree with a focus on business informatics or a comparable degree
  • Furthermore, you have extensive experience in the implementation of comparable ERP programs
  • You have an understanding of the content of relevant S/4HANA processes in the context of Operations / Production & Value Chain
  • You are characterized by clear and transparent communication in the sub-projects as well as in relevant steering committees
  • Strong project management skills as well as leadership, moderation and methodological skills in project management and escalation control are a natural part of your day-to-day work
  • Fluency in German and English and a confident manner in an international context round off your profile

In the event of minor deviations, the requirements can also be met through relevant professional experience or further qualifications.
