In the Digital Processes & Solutions business unit, we are shaping the digital transformation of the Phoenix Contact Group. As an Enterprise Security Architect m/f/d, you will define uniform security standards that are implemented throughout the entire organization.

Your Tasks

• Development and implementation of security architectures: You design and implement innovative security strategies and architectures and are responsible for ensuring that security solutions are smoothly integrated into existing IT infrastructures.
• Risk assessment and management: You will conduct comprehensive security assessments and risk analyses and develop effective risk mitigation strategies, including monitoring their successful implementation.
• Consulting and training: You support the development of new solutions and the optimization of existing systems through targeted consulting and training.
• Compliance and audits: You will ensure compliance with security standards and regulations and prepare our company for internal and external audits and carry them out successfully.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in IT, e.g. computer engineering or business informatics, and have 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• You also have relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CEH
• You have experience in network segmentation and can structure networks securely and efficiently
• You are adept at security roadmapping and can develop long-term security strategies
• You have experience in the design-in of IT and OT security solutions
• You have in-depth knowledge of network security and encryption technologies
• In addition to analytical skills, you are characterized by problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
• You are able to perform risk analyses and security assessments and communicate complex security concepts in an understandable way
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English and can present your ideas clearly and convincingly
